Just been to Nero Formby, where it's freezing because "management insists on the door being left open." We ended up sitting at the back away from the door, so no watching the world go by - which is half of the reason for going. Feeling sorry for ourselves, we turned an unusually critical eye to our surroundings, finding them very shabby and unwelcoming. Won't be going again, which is sad because the food and drinks were good.

Poor service ..I had a bad day and decided to have my £1 coffee (three+ app) today instead of Friday ?my app wouldn?t open however I had taken a screenshot of my code to save time ?.Mr jobsworth would not take the screenshot and I couldn?t get my flat white ?I tried to explain that my code would work but common sense would not prevail as he was hiding behind the ?it?s not me story ? I needed up going to COSTA over the road which is much nicer coffee and not BITTER like cafe Nero and its staff ?please avoid if you can

Needs a good refurb as looking very tired.Bloke on till didn't bother to ask me to scan my loyalty app on my phone, and then appologised by giving me a stamped loyalty card instead, second consecutive time this guy has done this and both times too busy chatting with his colleagues.

Typical Cafe Nero, Decent coffee and snacks

Cafe Nero get you act together, give your cafe a deep clean, cobwebs , dust dirt everywhere Counter, display cake covers dirty . Floor filthy , come on cafe nero het cleaned up.
