Too bad no customer parking. Arrived 8:30 store doesn?t open till 9 am so obviously these cars are staff. Drove passed & it was completely full had to go into car park.

I'd been on hold for ages at the doctors for an appointment and just gave up in the end. I had a prescription to pick up at Boots Elbow Lane. I just asked if the pharmacy was available, within minutes he had helped me and I was leaving with prescription. Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you so much.
