We have just had our kitchen fitted by Acorn Kitchens and we can?t recommend them enough. The service from the first visit to the showroom, to the last door being fitted, was exceptional.Every member of the team were extremely professional and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Acorn Kitchens have just finished installing my brand new kitchen & I am so pleased with the result & the service they provided. A complete overhaul was needed...re-wiring,plastering, tiling & painting....everything was done to such a high standard. ALL of the tradesmen involved were brilliant! So professional...friendly...punctual...tidied up after themselves....I could not fault them. As an added bonus they ALL had great personalities & I only wish I could have provided them with more work! Choosing a local business was also a plus factor for me. From start to finish.... the initial meeting...drawing up of plans...design & concept...the appliances needed etc....everything was thought out leaving me with a kitchen fitted to a very high standard. If you are looking for a new kitchen then this is one satisfied customer who would highly recommend!

Great attention to the whole project . Jamie, the design " guru " put in a considerable amount of time and effort to get the final design just as I wanted. Instalation was carried out very efficiently . In particular great attention was payed throughout to causing minimum disturbance because I live in an apartment and had neighbours and communal areas to consider .Acorn's own fitters Steve and Alan were a pleasure to have carrying out the job .I was delighted with the work from starting the design to completion and would not hesitate to use Acorn Kitchens again . I can highly recommend them

Very pleased with the kitchen designed and fitted by Acorn. From design through fitting and aftercare the Jamie and the team have been courteous and professional are still willing and able to help us 6 months on with any small issues as they occasionally surface (such as extra cupboard door stops). I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can?t recommend Acorn enough. The knowledge and support through the whole process from design to finish was faultless. The quality of the workmanship and standard of finish was better than we could have hoped for (The fitters Peter and Ste are perfectionists, along with all the other tradesmen)

We are so pleased with our new kitchen from Acorn Kitchens. I cannot praise them highly enough. They are so professional and the standard of their workmanship is second to none. Day 1 the plumber turned up on time, removed the old kitchen and did all of the plumbing work. Within an hour a truck arrived and took away the old kitchen. Day 2 the electrician arrived and did the first fix. Day 3 plasterer arrived to do his bit. Each day the respective tradesmen cleaned up and hoovered leaving the place immaculate. Next day the new units arrived on time and the fitters also who then started fitting them. The finished result is truly a showpiece. I would without any hesitation thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen. I must also just say how friendly, helpful & professional the entire team are. Thank you so much Acorn. We could not rate Acorn Kitchens highly enough. We tried 2 kitchen designers before Acorn and we had almost given up on finding a designer who would listen to what we wanted and why. Jamie not only listened he enhanced our ideas and made great suggestions. The result is a kitchen diner and a laundry room that are both better than we imagined. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben, the owner, and his team. They went above and beyond to deliver what we wanted. Ben is extremely professional, clearly has high integrity and his whole team were all extremely personable and trustworthy. Having different trades in your home can be challenging but Ben and his team were extremely considerate and ensured that disruption was minimalised. I would not hesitate to recommend Acorn Kitchens. We have a gorgeous, high quality kitchen and laundry room which have both been fitted beautifully. Acorn Kitchens exceeded our expectations on quality, price and experience.

I was recommended Acorn Kitchens by my builder and I am so glad I chose them . My kitchen works really well and I am over the moon with it. Jamie worked so patiently with me in achieving all my wishes and the fitters Steve and Peter are perfectionists. I am a very satisfied customer .

After two attempts to get Acorn Kitchens to design us a new kitchen we gave up on them. They asked for contact details and then we heard nothing. Even when we made an enquiry on the manufacturer's website they passed our details to Acorn and then had to chase them up. Perhaps Southport is too far away. Now we have a great design and a fitting date and Acorn have missed out on a 30k job.

Brilliant staff. Couldn't fault them. Nothing was too much and my kitchen looks fabulous can't stop cooking. I've now got a place for everything. Would highly recommend Acorn Kitchens.

I?m a great believer in support local but can also see why people use large companies...main reason ?decent professional aftercare?We moved into our house 12 months ago and the kitchen had been done by the previous owners. The kitchen is gorgeous but we have had numerous issues with appliances and we are starting to now have to update them all.Whilst trying to have a new washing machine installed the curry?s team were unable to remove due to how snug the previous one was in. They were nervous about damaging the cabinets so recommend I spoke to the fitter / supplier who usually would advise or complete the work. Curry?s said they would be happy to pay for any of the companies time.I called acorn and spoke with a lady who explained the fitters finished on the Monday for Christmas so most likely not be able to fit me in, but would have someone call me the following day.By 11 the following day I decided to call myself and what an awkward embarrassing call it was...I explained it all again to the gentleman on the phone who in summary could not of acted any less interested or caring. I offered payment and explained I was literally 2 minutes away from the shop. He just kept highlighting they had a lot on and it?s a very busy time of the year....I explained I was happy to wait and he just answered again ?well it?s a very busy time of the year? at this point it was getting awkward and obvious they just did not want to support and I was feeling like I was getting to the point of begging for support ?...His advice was to look in a local paper for a fitter to do the work. Even after me explaining I would feel more comfortable with the company that did the original work. In my eyes that is just aftercare and part of the course???It got the point we?re I was having to say that I felt they were being unreasonable and I believed the ?busy time of year? was just due to them finishing for Christmas. Must be nice to be in retail and finish on the 16th, I?m actually a senior retail manager and I?m in till the 24th and back in the the 26th...We ended up going to another local kitchen shop and asking there advice and they were incredible!! Looked at pictures we had, called their fitter who said he would fit us in after new year!He actually called us the following day and offered to come as he had a free slot! Now that?s what you expect from a local business!We also had a previous situation with Acorn a number of months ago which I?ve not spoken about in this review, which was even worse.In summary, please just beware lovely kitchen but cringe worthy, rude and patronising aftercare.

I made an appointment for someone to come out unfortunately I completely forgot at the time. I suffer with Hypothyroidism which can cause me to forget things .I apologised several times on the phone but the man was annoyed. I phoned the next day and explained that unfortunately I'd missed him and he told me he wouldn't take the job on! One little mistake and felt like I was being punished. I was hoping to use a local business for my large kitchen renovations but they don't want/need the work. If this is his attitude then I've had a good escape!
