My mum, who is nearly 86, with Alzheimer?s and very limited mobility, had an appointment on 3 January at the Crosby Specsavers. The car park in Crosby was horrendous, with queues waiting to pay, due to a machine not working and someone trying to pay by card. I got my mum to the Opticians 5 minutes late and had to run back to get a ticket for the car. Upon my return I was told that as my mum was late, the Optician would not see her. This is just awful, everything was beyond my control and then to be told that as we were late, we would have to book another appointment. Wonder what happens when the optician is running late, as I?m sure this must happen. Very disappointed and annoyed by the lack of compassion this Opticians has shown to an elderly, vulnerable lady, with very limited mobility

This opticians offers an excellent customer service across all aspects of its business.
I have been a customer for several years now and am so appreciative of the care and attention I have received.I am treated very much as an individual rather than just another customer by staff members and particularly during my recent visits by Roisin, Millie and Asad. Each of them is a credit to Specsavers and I trust that their very positive contributions are valued by all.

I was given an urgent appointment today at very short notice and received a warm welcome, excellent customer service, an extemely thorough eye examination and an eye condition was picked up that hadn't been at my previous opticians. Excellent all round. Have decided to go to this Specsavers from now on for my eyecare. Thankyou everyone.
