To the senior management of this store: what is going on with your fridges and for you to continually sell rotten fruits and vegetables, that are way past their dates even in appearance, when it's not half the store being empty and not stocked? Do you find it acceptable?
I've lived in Crosby for 3 months and regrettably you are the only supermarket here.
I've had food poisoning twice, from your cured meat and salmon fish, I was severely ill.
Most fruits and vegs I have purchased had to go to the bin: mouldy, out of date, inedible.
I even had to bin a tin of olives that was off!!!!
It's shocking, considering most of your customers are elderly and vulnerable.
I am considering reporting you to the council, something is not right here.

Long queue at the lottery/ cigarette counter. One member of staff serving. I asked a manager if they had someone else to come on to the counter. We?re doing our best was the reply. Not what I asked. Managers should not be wandering around when there are queues of customers waiting. The man in front of me eventually gave up and left. Get a grip Sainsbury?s Crosby

Love Sainsbury?s but what puts me off is the 2/3 beggars sitting outside the Crosby shop. Why can?t they be moved on I fell very intimidated by them so I?ve started to go to Tesco in formby.

Expensive and not good value for money. You have to pay for the car park too. There are far too many self service tills and not enough manned tills, and the manned tills are unavailable after 8pm.

Usually has everything for one's needs. There is a slight downside. There seems to be a habit in the store for changing round the goods on shelves which is occasionally frustrating. But fresh produce is generally excellent.

I ended up falling in the carpark, and I ended up going into the store to get some help as I'd cut my leg pretty bad. The staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. They gave me some water and chocolate to keep my energy up while I waited for first aid. They were absolutely lovely. Especially kiona and the gentlemen on the self checkout. I'd be lost if they didn't help me! Amazing staff
