Prescriptions are never ready, communication is weak - have waited up to 4 days to be fulfilled and when asked for time frames they cant tell.you when it should be ready. The last 4 times I have been in I have been told to come back from anything from 20 mins to an hour as staff at lunch. It doesnt matter what time of day you go. The customer servicw and staffing is dreaful.

Staff spend as much time as possible not serving. I would have walked out but I was desperate for my item. I hear Walgreens are in trouble, hope this abysmal shop goes first with their useless staff.

Just spent 1/2hr and 31 phone calls to see if prescription would be ready for collection for sat, but NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE TO ANSWER IT!!!! Very poor customer service next time will be using a different pharmacy

Staff are so slow doing anything and are all rude! Only thing is male pharmacist is lovely and always helpful! Avoid this boots if you have any plans that day and take a packed lunch!

unfortunately i have now got to travel further to another pharmacy to get my repeat prescription as this boots is useless, when a certain member of staff is on you can guarantee the queue to be round the shop as she spends more time labelling boxes at the counter than dealing with people even with 3 other members of staff behind that counter why are they labelling at the dispensing counter??

Why bother with a phone number when calls never get answered. Just cut me off saying they can't take this call! I need to find out if they have my antibiotics. If not will have a wasted journey. Disgraceful customer service

Customer service was shocking. Told to wait while the staff member applied prescription stickers to boxes. Would have taken 2 minutes to speak to me to know what I needed support for. Another staff member being abrupt and asking me WHY I need to speak to the pharmacist when I had had a personal private surgery. Went to a different pharmacy and was not made to feel like a burden or that I had interrupted their day.Will not be returning
