I attended with a friend on Saturday night, the food and service was great as usual.
However, the atmosphere was ruined by what sounded like screaming and shouting coming from the toilets. I believe a staff member was being shouted at by the manager/ another staff member. I heard a young girl come out the toilet crying and later on seen an upset girl behind the bar. This made me and my friends feel very awkward and uncomfortable.
Wouldn?t recommend giving money to a company who think being verbally abusive to staff members in such a shocking way is normal.

Really disappointed with the food,the ribs were tasteless we ended up dipping them in a side sauce for some kind of flavour..chicken was very dry..and spring rolls soggy. service was so poor we were left with empty glasses for an eternity which really wouldn't have been an issue if the staff were busy but standing hustled around the bar chatting they were just not interested..asked 3 different waitresses for the bill and ended up having to go to the bar as we were all standing with coats on waiting to leave.wouldnt recommend sorry.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian view: I love crispy tofu, love thai food, but 3 stewed soggy pieces of what may once have been crispy tofu was not a great, or generous, experience. Hope the carnivores get a better deal. Curry was meh, may well have been freshly made with that lovely lemongrass zing but I couldn't honestly say that's what I tasted. Bit of fresh lime might have lifted it, but none was offered, tasted weirdly sweet.

Very poor quality of food.
Wok stir fry was basically warmed up in the microwave, raw big chunks of veggies such as peppers, onions, some courgettes which are not pleasant to eat raw, floating on a brothy sweet and sour sauce with 5 square sliced pieces of pork. Overrated for what you get.
Also green curry with prawns was brothy and raw prawns and few bits of veggies, the all warmed in the microwave....unreal.

The decor and ambiance is lovely, the service was non existent. Food was way below average and did not taste authentic at all. Prawn Pad Thai was tasteless with a weird flavour. Overly priced for what you get.The Sigha Beer is the only thing that was authentically Thai.Very disappointing.
