You can't just close all the branches because not everything will be handled via the cash deposit machine. I started using them after the Barclays next door was closed, as I have several accounts in different banks.

I had an appointnement at this TSB branch today to carry out some transactions for my Mum, who no longer has the capacity to access her banking details. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and very friendly . Thank you for your help, care and assistance.

Only recently joined TSB and bootle was assigned as my branch. The staff as a whole have always been very pleasant. One lady in particular who is the first customer contact at the door is fantastic!
