I have had the requirement to visit this store to seek advice on a faulty sim card and to change some of my contracts with 3. The latest visit was today. Not once have I received a service which was below OUTSTANDING. I have not met such helpful staff in a small shop anywhere else for ages. Thank you for your advice and support and absolutely no hard sell tactics. It is my ?go to? 3 store for any 3 related issues. ?? to the manager and his excellent staff.

worst phone company ever go into store for one thing come out with something you didn?t ask for or sign for and get billed for it and get defaults on your credit file. will never go back to this company been 3 months and still waiting for the same issue to be resolved.

I have tried to call the store for the last five days with regards to an identity fraud case. Someone walked into the store and signed up to a new contract in my name and walked out with a brand new iPhone 14. I have rang the store 10 times a day for the last five days but they haven?t answered. For a phone store they are terrible at answering the phone. Please three store Bootle can you contact me directly or give me an email I can get you on. I?d like to report and deal with this while you still have the cctv.

The staff here are amazing I went in wanting to leave three and I ended up walking out with a new 24 month contract which I'm super thrilled about.What an amazing shop

I visited Addison arms last week with my family for some food and drinks, we had a table booked and was sat at our table straight away all ready for us. Service behind the bar was amazing, Luke and the team that were in went above and beyond for our us. Didn?t wait long for food to arrive and the food was spot on couldn?t complain!!! Definitely will be returning again. Thank you :)

Came in with my partner for breakfast, breakfast was hot and didn't have to wait long and very tasty (thanks emma) .. got served by David an Helen, nice friendly atmosphere, and very efficient staff..

A truly fantastic pub fantastic service and great cheap beer. Would highly recommend to anyone a special mention to the kitchen as the fish and chips I had was awesome.

We came into the addisnsons Arms for breakfast great choice of food. The breakfast was amazing and hot on arrival. It was the best hot breakfast I've had on a while. A ladies called carries serviced us, and she was lovely and helpful . She was helpful.
