Wish id gone with them years ago went in with cataract problem due to specsavers i was done and dusted in 2 weeks went for my post operation check today once again they were very thorough also didnt charge me for changing the lenses cant praise them enough 10/10

Excellent service was seen with in ten minutes of a an appointment booked by nurse at walk in centre seen staight away by othamoliist after tests was refered to st Paul's eye hospital for a severe infection in both eyes and scratched cornea

On first visit to the site for an eye test the service was great how ever then things went wrong and diabolical. An eye test was done and glasses were picked out, an appointment was then made for the following week to pick up my new spectacles at the pre arranged time slot. An email and also a text was sent to me to say that me new eye wear. How ever up on arriving at the store to pick up said vision enhances I was informed that they won?t be ready until till the afternoon.Utterly dejected I went about other shopping necessities that I had planed for the day. Upon completion of these tasks I was manoeuvering past the store when a fellow eye glass wearer came out to say that my new glass wear was now ready ahead of previous time schedule. Tho to shock and horror he revealed a fellow persons face jewelry that had been damaged in some unfortunate accident. At this point I was alerted to a new timeline of my own glass wear to be completed in its manufacturing process. That was to be 48 parts of the day and if I could return then that me original goal would then be achieved so off I went to return. Hear I wish it was all well and good tho on my return Ii was confronted with new set blockage as the eye glass that was said to be reddy 48 hours before has new mysteriously developed an anomaly and would now need to be re forged in mount Mordor as the quest for my vision to be clear can only be achieved by a similar quest to that as Frodo took. A quest that I am thankful that I will not have to endure for a further two years.
