Tom was amazing, very friendly, helpful, approachable and good with the kids. Jackie was really friendly, very helpful with a small issue, went out of her way to help.
Our stay here has been the best, this is the best premier inn we have stayed in. Thank you

Got to say been hear a while now and Lauren and Jackie have allways been so helpful and polite and allways willing to help in anyway so yes these two members of staff on reception are a true credit to the premier inn?

Everything was fine friendly staff good food no complaints good location for Goodison park train station only 10 min walk and easy to find would use again

Came back to room to find a burst pipe above, water flooding out of fixtures and damaging a high value MacBook.
Staff were quick to change room however Premier Inn and their insurers refusing to replace damaged goods.
Insurance replied with- ?In this case, while there is no dispute that a pipe burst, resulting in water damage to the room in which you were staying, there is no evidence to suggest that the burst was caused by any negligence or breach of duty on the part of Whitbread. There had been no recent work carried out on the pipe that could have resulted in this accident and nothing to suggest that the plumbing had not been properly maintained.
Bearing the above in mind, we are unable to consider any offer of compensation?

Been staying here on and off for work.
The hotel is much like most other PI?s however the staff on reception have been notably very nice and always helpful.
The attached beefeater also offers good service.

stayed earlier in the year, lovely premier inn! room was nice and clean and the staff were so lovely, got a bit confused finding the entrance but got there in the end :)

Functional premier inn with a beefeater attached. The hotel may have a had an issue with drainage as there was a smell in parts of the hotel. Our room was fine but mould in shower was not acceptable. No aircon but fans provided. Not the best premier inn we have stayed in. Not sure there is anything around the location but it was used as a base to visit Liverpool.

Bed bugs... I came away bitten to bits as did my wife. I certainly will never stay there again. It just isn't worth the risk.
You have been warned!!
Rooms: Our room had bed bugs as the bites on my arms and legs will testify. My message to this hotel would be check and clean your rooms properly please.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Rooms are good room47 is huge. Just no power sockets by the bed.
Only let down is customers who block disabled bays. Not the hotels fault

Perfect stay for us, the rooms were spotless and the receptionists were all really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant next door was also very good, we had a meal in the evening and then breakfast is served there too, evening meal was really nice and the service was good, it does get very busy so it is worth booking a table.
