Very poor customer service at this branch. Waited 20 minutes while 1 customer was served. 2nd cashier desk had blind pulled down. Blonde lady in back office managed to put her mobile phone down to appear and ask if anyone had a query or were we waiting for cashier? We were all waiting. The queue became 8 people, heading out of the door. The original customer was still being served. Blonde lady returned to tell us that she could only deal with queries (which the customer with the cashier clearly had for 20 mins of service) Then second cashier opened her blind (she had been serving a non present customer) Maybe blonde lady could have helped them and let the cashiers serve the queueing customers who were almost out of the door? Nationwide . . What makes us different?!?

Good bank when at the beginning maybe like the first 3-4 months but they started to be a bit strange with me and then after about 10 months with them they stopped giving me my own money to me unless I had receipt to cover what amount that they gave me the day before and this is because I told them that pizza hunt had taken the money from me twice which I got back so they refuse to let me have a bank car, I can't use the banking app no more but the worse thing out of everything they are doing to me is if I have no receipts then I can't get any of my money out now I would understand if as they say protected my account for a few weeks but its been about a month and a bit now and I think they are taken the matter way to far for way to long I hate nationwide bank so sorry I joined from Sally Hannah

Staff not helpful at all. One middle age man who was not assisting me was very nosy, rude, and interfered with his colleague who was the one assisting me. I think I will move my main account to a safer Building Society or bank. I am not happy with the quality of service.

Been a victim of fraud with a one year old baby an yet I have no money to live on with a baby due to this an they are refusing to help jus because I have to keep my pin writin down cause of my memory which I am on medication for
