Just popped in to collect a pair of trabs. Gent opening the store super helpful, fast and efficient. I've noticed in my last few visits the staff here and not just very helpful but very knowledgeable.
A few weeks back a young lad showed me a few pairs of trainers that were on offer and helped get me the ones I wanted online. He knew his trainers and was happy to chat styles, nice to get some interaction with the staff.

Staff is sometimes annoyingly pushy. The other time you can?t find them nowhere ?????
The safety labels on each shorts/ t-shirts are placed on an area what leaves a damage on the materials (I think it might be a huge damage money wise for the whole business?!)
At the till staff is pushy to grant them with my email address- they say they can send me the invoice? I think they only want my personal information for their business purposes.
Once I refused my data, the guy said ?oh, that will cost you at least another 3 minutes to print it out?.
Today at the till a different staff member easily give me a receipt from the till ?????
Yea, it?s a shop. Nothing more or less. I think they?re thinking the same about us: ?only a customer? - nothing more, or less.

Staff are great. I get a lot of click and collect parcels and nothing is to much trouble for them.

Staff are really kind and helpful. Especially for being young adults they go out their way to help and have great people skills.

The range of items is okay ,but they never have a good size range at this store .But given it is a smaller store .There wasn't enough staff for how busy the store was .but would visit again.

Lad on the till was trying his best and handled an angry customer like a champ. Rest of the staff were stood around gossiping
