The ladies in this bank branch have a very bad attitude towards customers. I was at the bank to handle a very simple matter. The lady was so busy gossiping with her friends that she made a mistake three times when filling out my details. I do not recommend this branch

Absolutely disgusting female staff . Tried to have a joint account with my mother who has early onset dementia and was met with hostility and told I would need power of attorney. Never even spoke to my mum to see if that was what she wanted . A staff retrain is needed I think. Called customer service and they can't understand why this wasn't just delt with as we requested . They made my mum want to take move her account

Poor customer support. Not impressed by their unprofessional/cowardly manager who would not take the time to help their customers with their that the bank teller is not knowledgeable about. Disgrace.
