My parents bought me a lovely bracelet but unfortunately lost the receipt (problem was the bracelet could easily have slid off my wrist due to the length). Paula went through the stock of the same bracelet they had in-store and found one that was shorter than the rest, swapped it without any issues. 5⭐

Took a 24ct bracelet pure gold in, thought I had got a good price, but when I looked at receipt it had at 22ct
