Not recommended
They sold me a broken phone , they will not accept a return or exchange for another . 5 year warranty is a lie! They claim it is my fault there is a message that there is water in the usb port where my phone has never been in contact with water so they thought it was the weather. It was my fault for not charging it straight away but the phone looked very good.
They robbed me of my money, now I have no phone and no money.
Be careful because for me it is stealing from people.

Humiliating experience at CeX Bootle I never expected this.
I don?t usually leave reviews, but what happened to me here was not normal , and it should never happen to anyone else.
A few weeks ago, I went in to buy a phone. When the staff member handed it to me to inspect, he actually came out from behind the counter and stood right next to me in a blocking position, like he was preparing to stop me if I tried to run off with it. He even adjusted his stance , literally bracing himself , like he was ready to grab me.
I immediately asked him why he was doing that, because it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I don?t remember exactly what I said, but I made it clear it didn?t feel right. He replied, ?We do this with every customer because of past incidents.? I didn't believe that.
It felt personal. It felt like I was being profiled l, not treated as a paying customer, but as a potential thief. I still bought the phone because I urgently needed one and didn?t have time to go elsewhere, but I walked out of that store feeling humiliated and judged.
I?ve bought from this store many times before, but after this experience I will never go back again.
If CeX is genuinely worried about theft, they should hire a proper security guard near the entrance , not have staff physically position themselves to stop or grab paying customers.
This experience stayed with me, and I?m leaving this review because no one should be made to feel like that while shopping. CeX needs to retrain their staff on how to handle security concerns without dehumanizing innocent people.
My goal isn?t to get anyone in trouble. I just want CeX to understand how badly I was made to feel, and make sure no other customer is treated this way.

wouldn't go back sold some stuff to them and got ripped off may as well have given them the stuff wouldn't recommend at all.
