The bakers have definitely picked up as a pub, and it took me by surprise with the service I received, all smiley faces and fast service.
I got the Chicken New Yorker, which was absolutely delicious with plenty on them. The pints on tap were super fresh and tasty, too. Would go again with my family 110%

Lovely and chilled tea celebrating a birthday. Even though they were clearly understaffed every single team member in had a smile on their face and were so kind and attentive. Special thanks to Gill for all her help and recommendations and for being so lovely and giving us a laugh! Food was delicious - literally nothing left on our plates! Will definitely be back :)

From the minute we walked in , the reception was great. Usual ' hi how are you' much expected. But then real conversation.
Food was fresh , cooked to order, and really good . Server ( didn't catch her name ) was so polite and accommodating.
Staff attentive and fast to please .
A must for anyone thinking for a friendly family night out .

Popped in for lunch with my 3 year old grandaughter after shopping to find that kids eat for £1 - nice surprise!!!
I had lamb kofta wraps with sweet potato fries.
Grandaughter had sausage chips and corn on cob with a little boat of gravy on the side. She has a dairy allergy and it was great to see that they had vegan icecream - she was thrilled ?
Everything cost less than a tenner.
Food was lovely and the service was spot on thanks to Alex and Andrew. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit ??
