Prices don't make sense, nicoret mist spray, mint £31,berry £25 (same item,different flavour),then the following week,they will swop prices,on the same items, Costco sell same item for £20.

Asda Orrell Lane ...a huge thankyou to a member of your staff named Josh . On Friday night I had an accident with a bottle of fabric conditioner and it went all over my shopping trolley and everything in it ..the top just came off and it poured everywhere...josh was at hand and organised a clean up ..got a new trolley for me and redid my shopping while I was trying to clean myself and I cannot thank him enough ...the staff in there are Lovely but josh went over and above and I'd like him to be recognised by the store ...?

I purchased a hair colour (2/03/25), I immediately realized when I returned home I'd picked the wrong shade up, but it was Sunday, and the shop would be closing soon, so I came back today (3/3/25) at 8.00am before work to EXCHANGE, not REFUND.
I didn't have the receipt of purchase on me as I had done a big shop and had placed it somewhere. I shop at the Orrell Park Asda at least 4 times per week and the staff know me very well so I didn't think an exchange would be a problem.
I went to the kiosk and the lady serving was nice and helpful and called the (I'm assuming) the team leader, who informed me I couldn't exchange without a receipt as I could be a person who purchases it from somewhere else then bring it back there?, I politely asked could I show him evidence of the shop I did on my online banking which he refused to look saying it didn't matter, now, other shops I've been to so long as you can show them evidence of purchase are happy to exchange as apparently they can chase the receipt back. Also, surely if it scanned at Asda yesterday the same item should scan again to prove it was purchased there? or am I missing something? Had I of asked for a refund I would of understood his statement but I was just asking to exchange, same product but just a slightly different shade, so how is this a financial loss to Asda when its a like for like swap?
There was two members of staff on the self serve checkout tills who saw I was upset and asked if I was okay, I explained what had happened, both were lovely, but one in particular was very helpful and nice and went to see the store manager who refused to exchange without even coming out to see me.
I get I didn't have a receipt, but what I did have was evidence of purchase but I found the first guy I spoke to very unhelpful and the store manager didn't even come to investigate. I mean isn't that his/her job role. I called my husband and as it happens the receipt was in the other car in the console but my experience has really put me off. It may sound trivial but it's the principal of it.
I felt it was down to laziness from the so called senior members of the team, I spend an absolute fortune in that shop monthly and I can't believe how a loyal customer would be treated.
I have to say the one star and bad review is for the lazy store manager and team leader, who could of resolved it without fuss.
I have looked on the Asda complaints policy and they could of looked at the evidence I had but appears they couldn't be bothered to.
All the other members of staff in there are lovely and I have never had a problem with any of them, they all work extremely hard and are always helpful but the unhelpful dismissive attitude of the ones in charge was disgusting

Just been to this Asda . To the lovely female member of staff that was just nice when we nearly had a little dance thank you for the smile and just being nice . To the female staff working by the milks please remember manners and not be arrogant . And the male cleaner that was very rude when I said after you . You looked at me like a piece of rubbish and just used your arm to say move after I had said after you . There was no need for your response . Life is to short we all never know what people are going through and it?s nice to be nice as just helping one persons smile may make a difference .

Cancelling deliveries left right and center, MULTIPLE times I have experienced this appalling service after giving it far too many chances and to top it off they only notify you of cancellation a mere 5 mins before delivery is scheduled. Do not waste your time.
