Treated very rudely when asked if i could be called or notified when my prescription was ready to collect
Was told no, went to the pharmacy this evening and checked online before going, i was informed that the pharmacy would be open from 9am-9pm
Walked into the store about 6pm ish, and walked to the counter to find the shutters were closed and they had closed at 3 oclock.
Lovely woman helped me find the monsters and energy drinks thought, god bless <3

Shop is always busy, rarely are out of stock, seem to be able to find what I want foodwise in here. Prices are competitive, the cafe serves great coffee.

will not be returning to this store. and family and friends have followed me, all because of a bossy dark haired wanna be, who is always hovering around the tills. think she is some sort of team leader of sorts, who wants to learn, how to speak to customers, she is to abrasive. and needs to be pulled to one side, SHE HAS FAR TO MUCH TO SAY TO CUSTOMERS,

Just been to asda Bootle, no trolleys!!!! How on earth does this company expect customers to shop without them. Total joke. Pull your socks up Asda. Shopping elsewhere in future.

I have to admit never been to bootle asda till today and wow as I?ve worked in Huyton one . This store is spotless shelves stacked correctly produce rotated for dates just whole store was lovely to be in I could name a number of asda that are appalling dirty messy scruffy empty shelves staff dont understand what am asking for . Asda changed since being sold and part sold again , today was a total refreshing experience loved it and I will travel to use it as just so nice to walk into a none chaotic store where I found all I wanted thank you asda bootle .

Visited the store today for the first time in about a year as I have moved away and I was appalled at the lack of accessibility. 2 of the disabled bays have been turned into "courier collection" bays so I had to park in a disabled bay to the right of the store which is a long walk. When I got to the door, it was closed and there were signs saying "exit only, use other side" so I had to walk the whole way around and was tired by the time I got into the store. To make matters worse, these doors were also closed on exit so I had to walk the long way around again. I was extremely tired and in pain by the time I got back to my car. Absolute disgrace
