Employees cover for each other and only help the chosen ones. Mrs. Agnes who worked there, instead of helping me, lied to me twice, inventing her own regulations and tried to convince me that despite the doctor's opinion, I should throw my family member out of the house because I do not deserve a bigger apartment, which turned out to be completely untrue. Also, she told me to call the institution myself to find out, for which I have e-mails to prove it - unfortunately, Wirral change, which I once had a good opinion about, is becoming an institution of mutual admiration, because despite reporting the problem to the boss, I still have not received a response. what will he do with an employee who acts to the detriment of a client, thus forcing me to report the problem higher...

Attended the International women's day event and was greeted with a warm welcome. The building is big with plenty of space for different activities, the big hall was setup like a wedding venue and looked absolutely stunning.
