I had an appointment with the new Doctor Ojo he was wonderful very patient and listened checked all my results and explains in a way understud such a nice new doctor and I think will fit in with all are lovely doctors and staff at the surgery

I?ve been with Whetstone lane medical centre for 45 years. I know the NHS is struggling in General but the receptionist and Doctors still try their best. Dr Holbrook is an amazing GP as are the others. Jo and Vicky from reception went above and beyond today to help me out.It?s not the receptionist fault if you can?t get appointments so please be Kind.

Been my G.P practice since I moved to Birkenhead 12 years ago. The doctors are brilliant, very compassionate and very professional.Yes, you have to call at 8a.m to get an appointment with a G.P most days but you can call in advance to book an appointment with the asthma clinic, for bloods, for the physioterrorist etc. There is also a chemist on site at the surgery.

Useless, my 88 Yr old Mother had a TIA and we rang 111. They took details and said they would get an out of hours GP to call her, as she was at my house I give them my number. The OOO GP called her at home around 6 hours later, as there was no reply they called Police who broke in to see if she was OK!! She was at my house. The GP never called back. I have today spoke to a very rude receptionist to see if she can speak to a GP, told there are no appointments, call back later. I had told them the full story and are not interested, she can't see a GP just told to go to hospital.This has happened before numerous times, you can't get appointments. No care at all. Just fobbing people of to the already over run hospitals.Why can't you book appointments in advance???

Worst GP in the world, girls who works in the front are always rude and NO ONE help, they don?t care? they should teach they first to be human and care about the people if they don?t like it they should find another job. Always frustrating

In our experience, the Whetstone Medical Centre provides a really good service, despite all the recent challenges facing the NHS. Yes, the need to ring up at 8am can be tedious if you end up in a long queue, which is why I have scored 4 instead of 5 stars. But once you get through we have always been offered an appointment on the day and if referrals for further examinations at clinics are needed, they have been quickly and efficiently organised.

Been registered here for almost 50 years even though I have only visited once since 1995.Just rang because I have chest pains and bloody stools to be told to ring another day.Useless

receptionist was lovely to me and the woman who seen me i think her name was cath. Was warm, kind and put me to ease with my issues. She didn't mess around and sorted me out with solutions. And the woman who gave me my medications was lovely as well.

Awful! Got to be up there with the worst doctors on the wirral. Both 111 and the walk in nurse called and said my brother needed to see a doctor to be told there's nothing available you'll have to call after 8am. No compassion, no care.

I needed assistance with a situation that was out of my control. This situation was putting me under a vast amount of stress. I wrote a letter to Dr Gregson. The same day I received a call that I missed. The next day I received a call again from Chloe in Administration. By the end of play that day I had a letter that I so desperately needed. I cannot thank Dr Gregson and Chloe enough for the speed and efficiency they dealt with my issue. The amount of stress I was under was overwhelming. Dr Gregson and Chloe in Administration has taken the weight of the world off my shoulders with the help and assistance they have given me.Thanks again.. 5 ?? Service.

I have tried to get an Appointment for over 7 days, I ring every morning at 8 , can never get one. I'm moving doctors. Rude and passive aggressive. Is it an emergency? NO IF IT WAS ID RING 999 you complete inbred

Try on the phone for an appointment get left on hold half an hour walk around and there is none ? only two doctors work here! She said phone hasn?t rang! Was number one on the phone how have they all gone YET AGAIN! Don?t go here you will literally die waiting
