Cute Waterstones! Great selection of books! So cosy, and I love the lil cafe hidden at the back, we got two cappuccinos and they were delicious! The staff were also very friendly and lovely! Thank you! ??

Nice, if small coffee; delicious carrot cake and an extremely disappointing sandwich. "Festive feast" had about 2 slices of the cheapest wafer-thin turkey money can buy. Even supermarkets manage to put turkey that looks like it came off a roast dinner in their sandwiches.

Excellent shop and staff always capable and ready to help. Wonderful coffee ? area with lovely staff. One of the few brilliant shops left in Birkenhead. People need to remember they need to buy things to stay open.

Fantastic little oasis. Helpful staff who are super knowledgeable about all kinds of literature. Cafe staff are really friendly and helpful. Store is bright and warm and inviting. I make sure I visit every time I'm passing through Birkenhead to see what new books are out and grab a quick peaceful coffee.

There is always a nice atmosphere in the shop so you can browse at leisure and the friendly staff are very helpful.I can usually find what I am looking for.I particularly like the coffee shop where you can buy a decent coffee or tea and a snack. The staff are very friendly .
