Had a problem with my elderly mum's phone pay and go , she wanted to try Tesco som only which seemed to be the cheapest. After getting pac code we then ended another code so I went to Vodafone shop in Birkenhead the boys there couldn't have been more helpful and sorted it straight away when they didn't have to as we were leaving them. Thank you so much.

Vodafone don't care, I've been a customer nearly 20 year. I asked about a charger cable, thinking I might get given one. The bloke nearly laughed in my face. I pay out £60 month, but Vodafone can't give me a cable. Seriously poor customer service. When my contract is up I'll be switching providers.

I switched to fiber 150 in-store on 27th September. Had to do it in-store as I have a previous account with vodafone so doing it online kept rejecting me. The store manager dealt with me and seemed very nice and informative. He mentioned to me an openreach engineer would need to come out and that although it's not a definite date, it was booked on 1st November. Failed to mention that the work that would be needed would take up 30 days to complete, which the live chat easy switch team confirmed. Knowing that, I likely would have stayed on with my previous supplier. But now, and admittedly this part is not his fault but openreach's, I still have no broadband (25th Nov) as my old broadband has been cut off and openreach is just fobbing me off at this point. Every update is the same as the original one, that they need to survey what work needs doing

I visited this store twice recently and both times the staff were rude and unhelpful. Zero customer service skills. Switched to a new network and its much better. Will not be using Voderphone again.

I recently visited the Vodafone store at 39 Milton Road, Grange Precinct in Birkenhead, and had a very positive experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with my queries. They assisted me efficiently with setting up my new phone and explained the various plans available.
The store itself is well-located, being close to Birkenhead Central Station and easily accessible by bus as well. It?s also near several other shops and amenities within the Grange Precinct, which is convenient for combining errands. The store's hours are accommodating, open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM most days, with slightly reduced hours on Sundays.
Overall, I had a smooth and pleasant experience at this Vodafone location and would definitely recommend it to others looking for good customer service and support with their mobile needs.
