Brilliant experience and help from Louise, even had a laugh with all the staff in there and got some good advice from their personal experiences that helped us book excursions.Couple booking our first holiday. Went in unsure and feeling a bit overwhelmed.Spoke to Louise and had a good, long chat, went through all the options for dates and flights and what was the best value for money. Showed us everything we needed and we ended up booking the holiday right there.Left feeling happy and excited for our holiday with everything covered.10/10!

Lauren was very welcoming when we visited the store.She was friendly and helpful so we booked our holiday straight away on the day she also recommended we downloaded the app to help with our holiday. Great services thanks Lauren we will be back to see you again!

We recently booked our second holiday through the Birkenhead store. Lauren was so friendly and made the experience of booking our holiday so special for our 3 year old son! Excellent service and advice from Louise for our family trip to Disney in April. She went above and beyond to provide different options on dates/hotels/flights and we are delighted with our choice. We would highly recommend using Louise and TUI.

My husband and I went in to book a once in a life time trip.
