I was recently in Tile Giant Birkenhead looking at grout colour charts.The store had Dean (area manager) and Jess (Wigan store manager) standing in on the day.Unfortunately, they did not have the particular chart I was looking for but Jess immediately offered to ask one of her colleagues to WhatsApp a photograph of the chart over ? outstanding service No1.When Dean saw the tile I was matching the grout to ? he immediately recognised it saying they also stocked that tile ? amazing product knowledge!The following day, my tiler informed me that I was going to be 9 tiles short to complete the job. I knew there was little point in contacting my original supplier as he didn?t hold any tiles in stock. I phoned Tile Giant Birkenhead in the hope that Dean would remember our conversation and more importantly ? remember the name of the tile used by Tile Giant. Luckily he did! However, he informed me that they were now out of stock! Dean very kindly checked the stock levels of other stores and found 12 tiles at their Erdington (Birmingham) store. Dean offered to have them couriered up but there was no guarantee of when they would arrive and I needed them the next day to avoid any knock-on effect with my tiler. He gave me the contact details for Erdington and suggested I ask for Matt (store manager). By this time it was after 3pm and the store closed at 6pm.I immediately telephoned Erdington and spoke with Matt ? he confirmed his computer said they had 9 tiles but he insisted on physically checking the stock himself before taking payment. Matt went out of his way to ensure the tiles were correct and available. As it was also touch and go whether my husband would arrive before closing time (it was a two hour journey at the best of times but hitting Birmingham at rush hour meant anything could happen) ? he also agreed to take my husband?s mobile number with a view to hiding the tiles somewhere outside the store should he not arrive in time. Luckily ? my husband arrived with two minutes to spare! This was outstanding service No2.Without exception ? every one of the staff that I interacted with at both stores provided me with an outstanding level of customer service! I cannot thank them enough for doing what they did and keeping my project on schedule! It goes without saying that I have already re-told this amazing story to my friends and family. These days, people are far too quick to complain but slow to praise. We need to spread the word more readily when we have such positive experiences to share.

We needed just a strip of glass tiles to replace ones removed after a shower was replaced. All of the staff were so helpful but particularly Andrew. They went out of their way to help despite the tiles being discontinued. We eventually got a few tiles fromfrom the sample sheet.Thank you

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely disgraceful. I was told by my tiler to use Tile Giant as they gave discounts to his customers. However they sold me two boxes of tiles more than I needed and then refused to take them back even though the boxes were unopened. They said I had had them more than 30 days. That's true but only because the tiler was fully booked up and only finished the job yesterday. I paid on card and was told that their till cannot process refunds after 30 days. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the tiles they sarcastically suggested I tile another room in the house. Disgraceful way to treat a customer.

Went in needing specific sized tiles in a certain colour that I had in mind and had to ask for help as there was so much choice. Scott was both friendly and helpful and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for.Great shop and staff, would highly recommend.
