I have just received a 6 inch steak sub for £6.39 which was basically bread and a few pieces of steak. I wouldn't even pay £2 for this from a supermarket meal deal counter. Need to be clearer on what onions and peppers means, and no cheese no more? Won't be ordering from again.

Went there to pick an uber eats order. Staff is rude and doesnt care about couriers. A guy with beard and moustache was racist and passed comments regarding Asian couriers.

Ordered with Uber Eats. Order accepted, prepared, and then 'picked up', all for them to cancel at the last minute because they were closing soon. Why not just reject the order when it comes through instead of waiting until the last minute?

Went in for a meatball salad to takeaway.Got home 3 minutes later and the meatballs were stone cold fridge temperature.Not sure if it was even safe to eat.Service only poor because of the food they served food, they were polite etc

Being a mobile engineer, I have been eating at Subways throughout the country for many years, I won't be visiting Townfield Lane branch ever again. I ordered a Tuna Sub and basically if it wasn't for the salad, I would have been left with a 5 inch piece of bread. Tables where dirty, air con looks like it has never been serviced as it was filthy, no doubt blowing contaminates all over the food. The young girl who served me had an attitude when I mentioned the 1mm spread of tuna filling. Such a shame there isn't a zero rating.

Big queue, but only wanted a coffee so staff allowed me to jump ahead - very considerate.Vegetarian options: Salads are fresh and fair value for money. Good choice for the health conscious.Parking: Car park is to accommodate shoppers at very small complex, which includes Subway. Always spaces available.

The staff were very friendly and the store was clean and tidy, it's Subway, and it's exactly as I would have expected it!Parking: Excellent parking for the shops in the area
