Pics I took do not do it justice but Not sure why the negative comments. The staff lately have been amazing. They?re always helpful & smiley in the world?s grimmest area. Yes. I?ve said it - but it?s true. Especially with the ?weather? of late.

Went there yesterday to order. I had the worse experience ever. Staffs weren?t nice. Went with my 3 year old toddler and because I couldn?t stand on the queue as a result of my toddler being all over the place. The staff refused to serve me. Even when I notify them I came before the lady they wanted to serve before me. They just ignored me and carried on. Honestly the worst service in the whole of uk. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I got to subways at 21.22 to get a sandwich to find it already closed.
Why do you publish being opened until 21.30pm if you will be already closing 10mins earlier?
Other customers also arrived to find the same. This is disappointing how business do not keep their time as per their advert plus the staff wanting to go home early they just close sooner.
If you will not open until 21.30 just change that to 21.20 that will make more sense.

I tried the "All Star Chimichurri Steak - Footlong" for the first time and it was ok but the taste wasn't exactly spectacular. Also someone needs to contact trading standards about food pictures honestly.

I ordered online, and the workers messed up my order resulting in me having missing items, cold food and food that was missing toppings. I called the store and they said i could come to collect my missing item or file a complaint online. The whole reason for ordering online is that you cant get to the store therefore having it delivered. I tried to get compensation for my food and got nothing in return. - i don?t usually complain but when my whole order is wrong i felt i should.

I used to enjoy a subway, especially with the rewards, but it would appear that the loyalty scheme has less loyalty to customers. I'll be using subway less now as they have fixed something that wasn't broken.

Every time we visit this particular Subway in the afternoon from 3pm we are told the hot drinks machine is broken. This has now happened on 4 separate occasions. The staff obviously can't be bothered making hot drinks or want to clean the machine early so they pretend it's broken. Very poor.

Order from them regularly on Uber, always fresh, always delicious. Often times have to call due to Uber app not allowing selections, the lady I?ve spoken with there is very polite and courteous.
