Ordered a salad only to be told after paying they have no disposable forks. So now I'm sat with a salad I can't eat until I get home.

After standing around for the best part of 10 minutes, watching staff make just eat orders whilst they ignore customers, we went to Burger King next door and had a delicious whopper meal. Whilst eating, we observed a lot of other people doing the same.

Just a regular subway. Nothing special about the place, it's inside Pyramids Shopping center. The staff do their work, not friendly or arrogant. Enough space to sit, easily accessible. I felt the customer service could have been better.
