Really disappointed, that's twice now I've been to try and get food in the evening only to find them completely packed down and everything turned off over 15 minutes before they are advertised to close.

One member of staff was lovely even though he accidentally put the wrong sauce he offered to redo the whole sub which was lovely until the other member of staff turned round and said ?we haven?t done sweet chilli for months now?, tried to make us feel like it was our fault for not knowing that they no longer served it picks and chooses which customer he likes always very rude and moody to us but will be pleasant to the people he serves after us but the other worker was lovely and remade our sub straight away.

Very rude Staff. Especially the man near the counter. They never accept the subway points. They always say it is not working. They way they talk is also rude. I've been working in asthma since a year and every time I go they say the scanner is not working, even when we are ready to pay extra for extra toppings, they decline it very rudely.Dietary restrictions: Healthy

Never enough staff in this place. Waited 15 minutes in a queue of 3 people only to be told when I got to the front that they didn't have any meatballs. Surely that's a staple of their menu? As I'd waited so long anyway I waited on the meatballs to be warmed up. Staff seemed interested, rushing from one sandwich to the next and dealing with online orders. Of the two members of staff only one was making the sandwiches, the other was waiting by the till, not sure why because they can't take the money until the sandwich has been made. Don't blame the staff, blame the management.

Worst service ever. When ever I go here the bar code never works. The staff here are very in ethical and leave professional aside they didn?t even know how to even treat a customer.If I were to rate this I wouldn?t rate this Eastham subway not more than 2/10.

Having placed an order through Uber Eats, 25/2/23 2pm, which included a pack of 12 MIXED cookies, as described in the online menu from Uber Eats, for them to all arrive as ?rainbow candy chip?, the least favourite flavour in our household, I contacted the shop to be told I could bring them back to the shop. As I explained that I was unable to, I did however ask if the shop could see that the Uber eats app menu offers a mixed box and explained that as an online customer there is no choice to change the flavours. The person on the phone said that my order read double choc and white chocolate with macadamia, of which I did not receive any. Eventually the person at the shop hung up after telling me that I would have to sort it with Uber eats. I am left wondering why the box was filled with one flavour instead of a mix, as I was not informed that they were the only type available during the course of conversation. My experience with Subway New Chester Road, Eastham, wasn?t very pleasant after speaking to the member of staff on the phone, I would not recommend them which is a shame because normally the service inside the shop is good, HOWEVER, I would recommend the UberEats delivery person and UberEats app which dealt with my query swiftly after sending a photo of the Rainbow cookies which have been passed onto a neighbour instead of the bin.
