Gross! Went yesterday about 4:30, lad serving seemed off his head, didn?t listen to a word said to him, got every order wrong. Place is filthy. It needs better staff and a cleaner.

Dear lord the lad who works here really needs to listen to what customers are telling him, he got every sandwich wrong and when I paid he didn?t even hand me my sandwich it was still in the prep section? I had to ask twice just for him to hand it to me.
Place needs a clean as well, I?ve never been to a subway that dirty.

Some love working in Hospitality others don't, seems that way here. A means to an end. More smiles & enthusiasm needed. Delicious as always as made as you like but floor seating needs a good overhaul, replaced, sanitised & cleaned regularly & properly. A popular busy place so why is there no investment to pretty it up & have someone bus the tables, toilets & floor throughout service ? This site could be so much more..American subways are impeccable in service & seating their customers.

Staff struggle to communicate and talk in whispers, chunnering questions. The food range was poor, hardly any variety of salad available. The restaurant itself was grubby and unkempt. Wouldn't go back.

Girls didn't want to be there and it showed. One worker un the back was the only nice one and the other members treated her awfully. Got a salad asked for the new all star range. This place was grubby, in need of a clean and some t.l.c. It was not busy and there were two staff working. After we were served nobody else entered yet the tables were left uncleaned, I had to wipe down the sugar and milk station before I could use it. The glass counters protecting the food from the customers were filthy.
That's the cleanliness, the bread/subs were hard, the latte machine not working and a general feel that the staff were not listening to your order. A member of staff even took their break, got their food and sat at one of the filthy tables!
I will not eat here again.

When we entered the store and ordered the food, the mature lady made us feel very unwelcome and was pedantic. Correcting us on small things even though she understood. She was very rude to the other younger staff working and it created a bad atmosphere.

Me and my husband walked into subway yesterday as there was a special offer on the staff made us feel unwelcome so we decided not to go for the food but we still ordered two lattes after that we decided to look for a table even though the place was empty and we were the only customers the tables where mostly full of rubbish, the time we were there the members of staff were sat talkingi n one of the booths. one they've had my links to clean and they were sat there me and my husband sat across from them and we have to put somebody else's rubbish in the bin all in view of the two members of staff my husband went to the toilet and he said it was like it hadn't been cleaned in a month I don't know what is going on with this subway weather if it is the staff or management but when it first opened it was the best one around here please can we try to get back to these standards

Place was dirty, tables weren't wiped. Girl doing bread was miserable and unfriendly it all fell apart, the machine had run out of the drink my grandson wanted and nobody was bothered.
