Was left sat outside waiting for them to open for 15 mins before someone came out and told us they were closed as the till wasn't working. Could've put a sign up or noticed two people stood outside after they'd supposedly opened

They charged my daughter nearly £5 for coffee that they didn't have and couldn't show or help us get a refund.

What a bad experience, walked in and picked a couple of bags of beans and a chocolate coin, I then stood at the till without any acknowledgement for nearly 10 mins then one of the two girls on shouted from behind the coffee machine "it going to be a bit of a wait". Wow it took nearly 10mins for you to notice a customer, a few minutes later I was served but no apology for the wait etc. I then asked for one bag of coffee to be ground which after opening the girl knocked over. She did nothing but grind what was left in the back. Shocking service all round

Standard Starbucks. Service was very pleasant and my Americano was made exactly how I asked, with plenty of hot milk. Don't usually have food but today needed to have something so I chose a chicken wrap which was probably the most healthy option. Only needed half the portion but it was fresh and tasty enough.

I came in for a wrap and milkshake to cool me down after my walk there, food was nice but staff were rude, I had to ask for a plate for my wrap an it seemed like to much trouble for her, an wene she gave me my milkshake she just threw it on the side then the 2 girls just started giggling with each other which I thought was very rude. The tables hadn't been cleared either. Even thou they had no customers to serve.

I had been running around all day and needed a pit stop. I came off the motorway and pulled into Starbucks. It was fairly quiet. I ordered a 5 cheese toastie and an iced latte creme brulee. Both were delicious. There appeared to be 3 young ladies on shift who were busy cleaning all of the tables, etc. All were very pleasant, and it was definitely service with a smile. It has been a long time since I had been in here, but I will be back soon. An enjoyable end to a busy day.
Parking: Parking is right outside and there is room for plenty of cars

Fine in terms of service and coffee. Building needs TLC. Car park has an atrocious surface and holds water after rain. Careful where you park.
