The female staff member on duty was unhelpful and refused to accept my return parcel after 8:30 PM, despite the website stating that parcel drop-off is available 24 hours a day. Other Shell locations have accepted parcels at similar times without issue.

I paid £1.50 for 7 mins of air that I did not receive! I went to complain & the staff accused me of first not putting the correct amount of money in the machine, then accused me of not putting the money in the correct slot & finally told me I ran out of time.
They just lost a regular customer - I hope it was worth it for them

Avoid!- When trying to fill my car up today with premium unleaded the attendant would not activate the pump. I was beckoned to the shop through the window and told I would need to ?pay first? as the petrol was ?too rich!? inferring that I may not pay and drive off! I?m not a thief and don?t like being treated with suspicion this way. I can?t ?pay first? as I don?t know how much fuel it will take to fill up my tank!Won?t be using this petrol station again- which is a shame as I often used to go there. Customer service 0 out of 10 ?

Always have nice staff on but the petrol costs more than elsewhere and the air is ridiculously expensive. Also, the air pump doesn?t connect properly so don?t waste your money getting it here.

Not sure why it?s always so expensive. Would say no idea how they?re in business with cheaper option next door, but then again these companies have been ripping us off for months with the retail cost of fuel not matching the current wholesale cost.

Fair prices for fuel, but expensive for groceries, but it is 24h... Staff are lovely and always put a smile on my face with their kindness and politeness. Also one of the only places I know of on the Wirral selling salt & vinegar discos which are honestly proper merch. Is always well stocked and honestly the butties are some of the best I've had too.

I had a shocking experience! 4/10/20 I purchased a loaf of bread through the window (as it was early morning) when I came to use it after a long day at work I was disappointed to find it was 3 days past its sell by date of 1/10/20!! I rang to speak to the manager to ask how could this possibly happen! And the manager didnt return my call and still hasnt to this day! I'm not arsed about the 1.35... but the principle that a big company clearly do not do checks or stock rotation... god knows what else they skip! Safe to say I wont be fuelling up or purchasing from there again. And anyone that does... make sure you check all dates...?

Nice clean station and helpful staff. (Edit 22/09/20) station closed at 09:20 am, not a good idea for a busy time of day.
