Spent a long time in the showroom choosing my sofa. I had little money to play with so found what I thought was a bargain. However when everything is totted up it's not the bargain that you think. Waited weeks for it to arrive only to be given the wrong colour!! After numerous phone calls to head office (you can never call the store direct) I was told it was my fault that I had ordered the wrong colour! Why would I order Charcoal when my living room is brown?? I ordered brown!!!! After many more calls the salesman admitted he ordered the wrong colour. I'm still waiting on my sofas!!! Amazing service when they want your money but extremely poor customer service when there is a problem. I was told I would receive a good will gesture but this has not happened. Will never use this company again!!!

My wife and i went to look at furniture and carpets to buy. We were looked after from the moment we entered the store, Charlotte helped us with everything we bought and was profesional and curtious all the way through our transaction.Thank you Charlotte.

Bought two two seaters here the staff were helpful and sorted out paperwork and what was needed quickly. We knew what we wanted before we went that helped a lot.

Thanks to Shaun for all of his professionalism and customer service. It's been a long road finding two sofas for our home with a failed delivery due to our stairs and then an issue with mechanics on our lazy boy (which was replaced with no issue). Also thanks to Rob who assured us SCS Bromborough would not leave us in the lurch like other companies but stayed in touch until we were satisfied . Thank you from Ashley & Allen
