Absolute joke of a wait. 25 mons and still standing in the queue. Luckily I never have to use banks but on this occasion I've had to pay a cheque into daughters bank as she's abroad. I am so tha kful I never have to use a branch if this is what it has become. 3 avaialble cashier spaces but only 2 people on

Take note! This branch closes at 3pm.The staff are helpful but they need twice as many considering this is where most people now need to go for face 2 face guidance or assistance.The reduced opening hours make very little sense to me.

Excellent staff. Customers want face to face advice and/or help. If the opening hours get even less, I will be one of many leaving the bank. Face to Face is so important.

Very poor customer service from staff whenever I visit. Always made to feel like an inconvenience when all I want is a bit of advice from them. Will not be revisiting this branch anymore.

Not sure why they only have one cashier on when it?s busy? staff can see it?s busy so should do something about it to avoid the long waits.
