They tried to deliver a parcel on Saturday, no one home left a card saying we deliver Monday, never turned up had to go 10 days later found my parcel sitting on a shelf

Had lots of stuff go missing now no mail for 2 weeks even letters am meant to of recieved from there own pension scheme are missing now and staff are arrogant when you go in there and nothing seems to be getting done about missing post

It would be nice to actually get some post. Still waiting for my wife?s birthday card to be delivered. Should have arrived 5th July. Her birthday was the 8th.

Could not get through on the phone after 23 minutes gave up ( national number ? ) also tried ringing local post office no answer finally got some help from a Canadian lady at Sorting office on the Durley Estate ( Prenton)

Royal Mail service is not what it used to be! Miss a delivery , go to the sorting office to find it?s only open 8-10 am and that?s it! No hope for working families, how are we meant to pick up at that time when most of us have school runs and work . Not helpful at all.Then try calling Royal Mail to re deliver, phone line is terrible , crackling noise and voice recognition that because of poor line doesn?t get what you say.Also why is there never a reference number left on these missed delivery cards?? Would make the whole experience a lot easier than having to call up!

As seen by many royal mail has been a great public service that we should be proud off . Privatisation did not help however I and other's believe its slowly getting back on course to provide its customer base with a better price, quality and service.

I've always been a fan of The Royal Mail?a great National institution just like the fantastic & valuable NHS ??.And especially in these times of privatisation when there are so many other delivery ? companies around, I still feel that if my parcel or package ? is in the hands of the Royal Mail ???? then it's going to be safe & secure.So even when I miss a delivery of a ? at home, I know I'll recieve a card notifying me that it's waiting for collection down here at the Prenton Royal Mail depot ?.The only issues that I do have with this Prenton Post depot is the terrible lack of ? parking on this busy trading estate ? & the fact that there is no designated Car Park ?? for customers of the Royal Mail looking to pickup their parcels & packages like myself earlier today. And what makes this matter even worse is that this Prenton Mail depot is now only open for collections from 8am - 10am; this being the busiest of times in the morning for traffic ?? ?using the trading estate ?. And why The Royal Mail ? has shortened their collection time by 3 hour's I just don't know ?. Previously you could pick up ?'s until 1pm when the morning rush ???? hour had died down & roadside parking ? could somewhat be better found ?.
