Will not be returning to this store curly blonde on the till quite clearly thought herself something special zero manners or customer service skills. Shame as not many clothing options in the vicinity they could do with holding on to as many customers they can get.

I'm new to shopping at River Island. I love the range of clothing. What will keep me coming back is the customer service. I have never been asked if I needed help, this is a good thing for me. But much better than this, when I've asked for help, all of the ladies I've dealt with have been amazing. Warm, charming and very helpful. One girl who I'd asked for help, passed me on to someone else, but then followed up to make sure I was happy. Great recruitment policy and training ?. Extremely happy customer here. I don't normally leave reviews, but credit where credit is due. ?? River Island staff

Went for some last minute holiday shopping, picked up a one piece, so stunning gold details. Didn?t realise it had a stain, the lady at the till had noticed it, and offered us half price for it bless her soul. She was so lovely ??

When coming just make sure you have budget if not you would want to buy everything they have in store. Beautiful pieces of men women and children wears that you will love at first sight.

Disgusting service from the lady in the black hair, everytime we go she tends to have an attitude and today had the audacity to say ?I?m so glad I?m not on tills? after seeing that my sister had an issue with an item, I can?t believe River Island are allowing her to work there especially because I genuinely do love shopping there and seeing her disgusting attitude towards customers has just put me off from shopping there. Terrible

Poor customer service. Extremely rude staff (2 dark haired girls) Obnoxious, very unprofessional. Lack customer care skills and not helpful atall.
