Excellent choice of clothes at a very reasonable price. It used to be looked down upon because the clothes were cheap - but now has the best clothes in Birkenhead.

I recently visited the Primark store located at 212-218 Grange Road, Birkenhead, and had a generally positive experience. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of fashionable and affordable clothing options, catering to different tastes and styles. The prices are very reasonable, which makes it a great place for budget-conscious shoppers.
The layout of the store is spacious and easy to navigate, even during peak hours. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the aisles, which made finding what I needed quite straightforward. The fitting rooms were also clean and well-maintained.
The customer service was satisfactory. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or find items. They managed to keep the queues at the checkout moving efficiently, which was much appreciated.
Primark in Birkenhead is conveniently located near other shops and public transport. It's just a short walk from Birkenhead Central Station and close to several bus stops, making it accessible for those relying on public transport. Additionally, there are several other retail stores nearby, such as Superdrug, JD Sports, and New Look, which makes it a convenient one-stop shopping area.
The only downside was that the store could get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which made the shopping experience a bit hectic. However, given the quality and price of the products, this is understandable.
Overall, I would recommend this Primark store for its great value, variety, and decent customer service.

The shop changed there are now more self checkout services than tills. Which is a lot faster than before. Still nice to drop in looking around lots of variety of clothes. Recently bought a Hello Kitty sweater which was £18 discounted for 10.

Was in twice today, was served by a lovely lady named Jo Mack. She couldn?t help me more and was so hospitable. Cant fault her one bit. Would definitely be back :)
