I was away on business and stayed overnight. Had difficulty sleeping due to very noisy neighbours. The breakfast was late also? parking is limited with fist come first served.
Rooms: Rooms were satisfactory.
Food and drinks: Dinner was burnt!
Noteworthy details: I would suggest this hotel serves a purpose when needs must.

Good location, felt well maintained and clean, room was great and had a comfortable bed. They offer a small dining area, and self service check in. Parking is chargeable. However upon arrival you need a key card to enter the building, not particularly useful when you haven't checked in yet.
Rooms: Standard premier inn design, well maintained but I'd starting to look dated in style.

Not the best looking Premier Inn, but what the building lacks, the staff make up 100 times. Well done to you all. Room 411

i had two seperate bookings and knew that could cause some chaos, so i was very very gratefull when the staff stayed SO friendly and tried to work it out for us. I dont think ive ever been checked in by a more friendly guy! EVERYONE was just lovely and SO nice; and then Toni crossed our path. Apparently as mistake had been made because we were not on the breakfastlist, though we could show her the prove of payment on our phone. She just kept going on "you're not on the list" like a broken record and didnt offer us any help or advise or anything. Again it was not the technical mess up (as we did pay) but her rude attitude!
Anyone else we met was so superfriendly.
Rooms: Bed was fabulous. Furniture a bit tired. Room was clean ish but ive seen cleaner Premier Inns. Really didnt like that the windows couldnt be open, not even on a small crack. Funny smell for two days.
Nearby activities: nothing much happening honestly, but we visited the (fabulous) Future club just around the corner. Also its an interesting walk to Hamilton Square. Leave a bit early if you're on your way to Liverpool, if you feel like and check out the square and the ferry area. Also fabulous sight on Liverpool from the shore of the Mersey. Dont forget to look up to the trainstation tower!
Safety: a friendly security man checked us when we came back at night
Walkability: its an interesting walk to Hamilton Square, but i wouldnt do it at night and esp not as a woman alone. Same for the Future club.
Food and drinks: Staci made us dinner. and came to check on us to see if we were happy. Yes we were! <3 Pizza and curry were lovely.

Clean tidy ,small bar /eating area, friendly staff, location if your on a business trip, not good for a big family because getting getting to the city has a lot of walking to underground train stations..bus and taxis are available in most 40.mins.. because it?s located south of of Liverpool?

Good location for 10 min drive to car ferry to Liverpool. The check in desk has printed directions to the ferry. Typical Premier Inn with expected facilities. Had problems finding entry to car park which is just before hotel. Get a code from hotel for car parking charges machine. The car park gets full by late evening. Staff very friendly with a check in desk and a lift.

Pretty standard premier inn hotel, friendly staff, easy access to rooms etc. Location is whats great about here. Just down the road from Hamilton square station one stop on the underground train and you are in the city centre. Takes about 4 minutes and is tonnes cheaper than staying in the city centre

Baths are a little too high to get in safely if you are infirm (RM 408)
Staff fantastic as always
Aircon kept switching off, and as the windows don't open made it very hot indeed in the room

Had a great stay here, all staff were lovely and helpful, room was comfortable and the breakfast was good and fresh. Only 5 mins walk from Hamilton Sq station , which is only three stops from Liverpool Central station so this hotel is handy for trips across to Liverpool also.
Would stay here again .
