“Attended 15th November to purchase a gift card for a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend. There was only one member of staff working the counter as the other lady was on lunch.There where two ladies already being served when I entered the shop, after spraying in excess of 10 different cards for the two ladies to decide what to purchase and then going through the different prices and sizes available for the 5 which they had narrowed it down to, some uming and arming about what to purchase the decision was finally made to purchase a completely different product completely, hats off to the young staff member who stayed very polite all the way through 28 minutes with these ladies, it was my turn to be served, she was very efficient and polite letting me know that the amount I was putting on the gift card was indeed enough to ensure it would cover a good amout of the perfumes in a good size.Extremely happy with her service. Eventhough she knew I only wanted a gift certificate she was fully committed to the clients she was already serving and didn't rush them into their purchase. Yes it would have been brilliant if she quickly served me with the gift card but her professionalism could not be called into account.”

“I ordered 100ml Abercrombie & Fitch First Instinct online two days ago, as it was out of stock in Birkenhead. It was delivered to the store this morning & I picked it up around 10am. It was securely packed & handed over by a friendly member of staff. Have to say I am delighted with the whole process & love my new perfume. Will definitely use the online ordering service in future. Highly recommended!!”
