REFUSED my ID for a UPS parcel - and then give me another person?s item.My Amazon parcel is apparently lost, and yet the staff decided to give me grief about it, profanity included(?!). Absurd.

Do not use the UPS drop off point here, they stole my phone that i was returning to google out of the envelope.
