I have just made a visit to the 02 shop in Birkenhead with my son ( for moral support!) My old IPhone (yes old) has no memory space left and not enough memory for updates even after I have reduced my apps.\\nSo rather worried, as I don?t cope with changes of anything technical, I arrived and met a wonderful woman called Julia. Julia ( and an assistant) who set up my new phone completely, transferring my few remaining apps and - red is definitely the colour!\\nThank you both so much for your time, making me at ease and being so knowledgeable. It was very much appreciated.

If I could put zero I would. Bought new phone through O2 online but couldn't clone old phone. Went here for help and they just didn't want to know. I have been with O2 for 20 years and just felt these \\\"people\\\" only wanted commission selling a new phone. DO NOTUSE THIS SHOP. I will not use worse terms because of libel and slander but will never use this shop again. BTW went round the corner to tech outpost round the corner who sorted it out with full clone done in 20 minutes and would only take a fiver for their help. shows how \\\"good\\\" the O2 staff are. NOT

Been having a terrible experience with O2 as a service provider. Being fobbed off by members of staff in shops and ringing customer services. Decided to visit this shop as one last try to sort my issues before taking action to start proceedings to cancel my contract. Spoke to the guru Paul who was so helpful. He advised that there where a few things he could try including sending the phone off. With it being bank holiday he said the phone wouldn't leave the shop till Tuesday so best to come back Monday. As I'd be phoneless for even longer than needed. Returned on the Monday. Was seen by Paul straight away & he remembered my name. My phone is now fixed at the shop that day. After 12 months of agony and not receiving a service from this provider I was very lucky to get such a good service from Paul. Who took the time to listen to my issues and resolved it. All the other shops I've visited just phoned me off. He was so helpful & understanding. The 5 stars are not for 02 they are for this individual person. Thanks Paul.

Called in store which was extremely busy told by Steve that there were 4 customers in front of us and apologised for the delay.After a 20 minute wait we sat down with Julia who looked after us very well and gave us what options were available. Helpful and friendly staff would highly recommend and well worth my 5* review. Excellent customer service.
