Staff are very kind and welcoming. Do all they can to help you out if you need it. Never any queues really so hardly ever have to wait. Quick and reliable service from start to finish. I wouldn't bank with anybody else.Very clean and nice in side. Very professional!

What a load of rubbish. Move to us, get £200 and a free overdraft. We'll sort all your direct debits.No £200, no free overdraft, messed up direct debits, and when you call them all they can say is we apologise!!!!Don't be fooled like I was, don't switch to these.Just before Christmas and they mess up your finances

I?ve been a customer with nationwide for years they have occasionally put restrictions on my bank account I hold with them every 2 years this seems to happen and they cannot sort it out over the phone witch Is very poor and bad they expect you to travel to branch without sort codes account numbers to fix the ongoing fraud problem no other bank i bank with treat me this way nationwide should be ashamed of themselves one worst companys I have delt with today poor very poor

I've just got off the phone to the bank and had to hang up because the lady who took my call thought it would be ok to stuff her face with food while trying to talk to me. I find these actions very rude, disgusting and unprofessional.

Provides most, if not all of the services of the average high street bank; including cash machines. This bank is conveniently sited to serve customers of the market, pyramid shopping centre and the local stores.

An excellent branch of the Nationwide, with friendly and helpful staff. The manager, Jan, is nothing short of exceptional regarding her assistance with any banking related enquiries or services. A prime candidate for the next manager of the year without any further consideration!
