Went at half 3 mid week, sat by the pass wasn't busy at all. The place was very dirty.. chips and food debris where on the floor, infront of pass and at the door going into the KP area. Staff where too busy doing nothing rather than to clean there mess.
Kitchen area didn't look the best either, dirty and cluttered.
Food was absolute crap compared to others I've been to, real disappointment, luke warm, needs drastic improvement.

Great Nandos. Loads of parking. We went on a Monday evening and only had to wait 10 minutes for a seat. Good, fast and friendly service.

Visited twice recently and 2 bad experiences.
Takeaway order the first time which was the complete wrong order!
Second experience waited 40 minutes for food which we had seen sat on the side for at least 15 minutes. Every other table around us had their starters and mains who had come if after. Got served to us freezing cold. Went back to ask for fresh hot food and chicken come back still cold.

Went with my boyfriend on Saturday. Ordered via the app but there was a system glitch for whatever reason so was sat for about half an hour without realising it hadn?t gone through as I didn?t think to look for a confirmation email?was greeted by a lovely lady who I presume was the manager but didn?t get her name. She went above and beyond in my eyes. She saw we were waiting and took the payment through the till instead by this point the app had resolved the issue. We had the food within minutes of sitting down, she went above and beyond to make us happy and the service she provided was outstanding, despite being an issue out of her control she went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and we both left with a smile on our faces. Couldn?t thank the woman enough, she is a credit to Nandos!

I never usually have problems with nandos delivery as i am a loyal and regular customer. However Nando?s customer service is absolutely shocking. Ordered food last night expecting my order that i paid over 40 pound for. Instead received a little bag with my receipt and some sauces and peri salt. In the bag with the food it came to my attention it was completely the wrong order. It seems Nandos may have messed the order numbers up when packing. When i raised this issue i was told to either bin the food or eat it? Bear in mind the food was poor quality and burnt. The chicken has been hard the past few times i have ordered and seems overcooked? They said they would refund me within 24 hours so i waited a day and then spoke to various members over the phone to see if they were going to resolve the issue as it had been a whole day? The lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. Was then told to wait 48 hours for a refund and that there was nothing that they could do? I sent photo evidence when emailing and heard nothing back at all. Nando's is not cheap and i don't expect to loose out on over 40 pound. The food did mostly go to waste as there was items i couldn't eat for various reasons. The ignorance i have been faced with is completely not ok and definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again as when something goes wrong the manager seems to not take responsibility to resolve the issue ASAP. This is no fault of deliveroo either as the bag with the food was labelled with the same number as the bag with my reciept. Food is now overpriced and overcooked and nandos cant seem to take action quick enough when there is a problem. Very disappointed with this.
