I was the only customer in birkenhead and waited and watched whilst courier orders were being prioritised. Coffee went cold whilst waiting so after 20 minutes got my money back and went elsewhere. Should no longer be called fast food.

Another visit, and another disappointment.
Trying to order coffee ( no ordering screens available). Gave up after waiting 10 minutes without even being acknowledged.
Service quality and atmosphere in direct corelation with local population demographics.
Unsafe, dirty, and unpleasant to visit.

This review will not matter one bit in the long run, but we ordered a meal from here, fries were dry and cold, burger had foul taste and coke was flat. Avoid this place. Would get better quality of food from a public bin.

This McDonalds is really run down and it's stuck in the 90's. In dire need of those self serve kiosk so you can actually get your points. Seems to be more of a hub for online orders than actual in person orders

Love going with my kids and i dont mind the wait but the language on the staff is very very rude even though its not to me and they are talking to other staff they shouldn't be using language like that around multiple children especially shouting it

It is a Costumer friendly, serene environment but also at the center of the city
Accessible to bus stations.
The toilets are very clean
Delicious food.
