I was the only customer in birkenhead and waited and watched whilst courier orders were being prioritised. Coffee went cold whilst waiting so after 20 minutes got my money back and went elsewhere. Should no longer be called fast food.

Another visit, and another disappointment. Trying to order coffee ( no ordering screens available). Gave up after waiting 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Service quality and atmosphere in direct corelation with local population demographics. Unsafe, dirty, and unpleasant to visit.

This review will not matter one bit in the long run, but we ordered a meal from here, fries were dry and cold, burger had foul taste and coke was flat. Avoid this place. Would get better quality of food from a public bin.
