Just been kept waiting at the drive through while 5 cars on the other side were all served before me . Had to get out of my car and go to the window, no apology from the girl serving and when I went to the next window they told me to park up and wait for a coffee. Ten minutes later my wife went in to see what was going on and they had no intention of bringing out the coffee until she complained to a manager. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by inept staff. 10.00am Saturday 11th January.

Drive - thru is a joke. Always get asked to park up and then wait for about 10 mins for someone to wander round the carpark looking for your car, whilst your food goes cold. When asked someone where was my food she was really rude

Food over Christmas and new Year chicken selects and wrap of the day usualy very good several drive through the very small and overcooked
The batter burnt and falling off the tiny strip chicken
I only found this out when I got home. I am a regular customer
The above happened twice using drive through

Gets very busy as on retail park and only 1 way in and out

specifically asked the staff if they could replace the sesame seed bun with a regular one like the kind used for the Fish Fillet or other items. They took my order, but what I received was just the patty, cheese, and salad without any bun at all. This is very frustrating."

Specially some teenage girls are working here totally manner less. The attitude they shows doesn?t goes with girls like them working in mcdonalds
