One of the big four banks in the U.K. serving millions of customers. It is a good bank basically but some decision makers enforce rather harsh rules. Money management is important. People need banks. Banks need customers to make a profit. That's the bottom line.

I've never met such a dedicated member of staff as Tina. She stayed with Me for over an hour to help me unblock my credit card accounts after a mistake of possible fraud on them eventhough over the phone we were transferred to five different departments! Thank you so much

In there today about 11.30am to make a withdrawal, the counter assistant with red hear, on the 1st till. No manners at all,.."sign this"...devoid of personality and customer service skills... horrible experience

Sarah was amazing , Went in today to move over money from one account to another and set up online banking. We had a few issues with my log in details but Sarah remained patient , friendly and professional .

Went in to put money in my account and saying it was £20 short which it wasn't so stole £20 of my Christmas money will never put money in here ever again. I am now moving my accounts over to a new bank will never bank with Lloyds again avoid this company

You are not happy to help honestly, I came 3 times to open bank account you talled members to bring paper from Support worker then I brought two times but you reject again, Even you don't want to talk with my support worker by phone.Really annoying .
