Used to be the best in wallasey went in other day about 15 just eat drivers shouting over each other in whatever language and the people behind counter shouting back in there language no1 speaking english that was just walking through door into little Afghanistan food chicken was in edible sloppy and pink and cold chips awful floppy and cold gravy lumpy and hard lovely never eating kfc again put me of for life vile

I've bought chicken from this KFC three times now, and every single time it's been way too salty. This is honestly the worst KFC I've ever tasted. I don?t know what?s going wrong, but it?s terrible. People like me buy KFC because it?s supposed to be good value and actually taste decent. This isn?t worth a single cent.

Went in tonight and ordered a few meals. Paid nearly 12 pound for a double Zinger Stacker meal and when I got home only had 1 Zinger burger with a hash brown and a big dollop of mayonnaise at the bottom. which shouldn't be on there. Slice of cheese was hanging off the bun. Didn't eat it. Rest of order was fine but don't like being ripped off ?Service was good but don't put sealed and checked stickers on bags that clearly aren't.

Absolute joke place order then they get food wrong the shop is full of delivery drivers sitting round on the windows making it hard to get to exit overall a joke of a shop

Terrible experience - ridiculously busy with staff who are overly stressed and can?t get orders out. Ordered 2 box meals that were both completely wrong (got different burgers, gravy instead of beans) chips were cold and only about 10 in a large. Hot wings inedible.
Weve contacted head office and on multiple socials, expect a full refund and more.

totally wrong order I ordered a buffalo tower but instead they sent me a bucket of chicken wings which was totally not what I required I've just tried to phone them the bacon head branch which obviously no one is there to answer the phone because they know exactly what they've done wrong total waste of money waste of time and just don't give a damn
