3 car park tickets later when kentucky closes at 2200hrs. ticket I got when eventually left at 2315hrs AND NOT A SOLE ON CAR PARK AFTER HAVING CAR ISSUES AM STILL GETTING THESE BROWN £100 FINES????.....WHY WOULD I PARK AT A PLACE KNOWING THERES FINES IN PLACE WHEN I LIVE 2MINUTES UP ROAD????

been twice now the past month and food was shocking as in quality ..it was like it been cooked hours before ..had a mighty bucket for 1 and got 1 drumstick an a wing that had no chicken on it it was so dry all of it even the the fillets fillet tower burger was same so dry like hours old no salad on it either . never use to be like this at rock ferry but has gone downhill massively in food quality

The store was evidently busy, but that did not impede on getting fresh food!
Food at KFC is of expectation; greasy, however! Today's meal was not!
Even though busy, the staff at the store were very attentive and always looking for something to do.
Vegetarian options: Although the store is mainly chicken oriented for the hungry carnivore, they do have a selection available for vegetarians.
Personally I would stay away from their signature fries if you are a vegetarian, however their burger for vegan/vegetarians is delicious!

When I went there I was waiting like an hour for my food and they gave me the opposite of what I asked for I ordered a boneless bucket they gave me chicken with bone i went back to tell them they asked for the chicken back and they will give me a new one I dunno if they gave it back out to another customer which is very unhygienic never going here again

Yeah, never again. I get that cost of living crisis is a thing, but this is just plain ridiculous, especially if you compare it to what you can get for £10 in other fast food chains. Not even angry, just disappointed. And hungry?

Ordered 2 hot wings today and got 1 so you owe me £1.25.... Please let me know how you are going to compensate for this. Surely placing two items in a bag is a simple process?? A constructive response would be appreciated or I'll put this in writing to KFC HQ.... I love KFC fried chicken ?
