Filthy dirty.... Bin's overflowing. Tables are all dirty. Food and rubbish litter the floor. Carpet on the way in was rank ? staff a plenty but non of them tidying up... They call your number and have no pleasant manners about them... Just a bad experience and as a local person I'm ashamed of the attitude and facility in general.

Food for KFC is substandard. Staff never seem to want to stop talking to each other to serve you if you go inside. The scanner for the app never works, so I don't know how many points I've lost. I've stopped going there.

On the 21st of December I made an order on the app to go and collect from the drive thru, when I got there they gave me the drinks and asked me could I park up in the car park as the chicken would be 3-4 minutes. 20 mins later I entered the restaurant to see where the order was and it was just sat in the counter, don?t know how long it had been there. Returned to the car to find some of the order was missing so went back in on the way in the bag ripped so they corrected my order an I asked them for a new bag, the girl handed me the bag an made me repack it myself, on leaving the restaurant the bag ripped again an the food went all over the floor, I went back in again and asked for a refund, they weren?t even bothered, it is now the 7th of January and I?m still waiting for the refund to be put in my bank ???

The worst kfc I?ve ever had don?t even deserve 1 star this place is horrible the food was cold the chicken smelling like the oils have never been changed. Staff are a joke ,the worst ever ever ,wow how is this place selling food ,need health and safety to go in there and check this place out

The food is always banging and service always swift and welcoming when we're here! One thing to note though is upon arrival, there was an older man on shift here and was doing nothing but sitting in the dining area twidling his thumbs, I don't know which gave him the job, but he sure as he'll doesn't take his role seriously! Otherwise a great experience!

I popped in yesterday for lunch. The food was the same as most kfc's, thrown together without a care in the world. But, it was piping hot, the order was correct, and to my surprise it was produced quickly.

Monday 20th November 2023 I ordered a takeaway with the KFC app in my car just outside the restaurant. After placing the order I immediately went inside to wait. I waited for about 10 minutes and saw a bag on the counter. The female staff wrote something on it. I assumed it was for an Uber Eats delivery. You probably know where this is heading. Anyway, I waited for another 10 minutes and checked on the app, it said it was still getting prepared. My wife phoned and asked what the delay was. I went to ask about my order. And the staff handed me the bag that was sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes. She didn't apologise at all. Another staff (male) knew I was standing at the collection point but didn't do anything. I should have said something to them, but knowing how incompetent they were, it wouldn't have made a difference. And yes, the chicken was cold by the time I got home. Guess this will be my last KFC from Bromborough.

We went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and we waited in the car for 10 minutes sitting by the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. That isn?t my issue my issue is that when we ordered we bought a boneless banquet and (and other things) we asked for gravy with that. Also we asked for 2 large gravys we got home and took the food out to realize no gravy whatsoever was in there. And yes we paid for the 2 large gravy?s.

The restaurant was not busy when we visited. The staff were young and more interested in fist-pumping each other as they worked than serve the customers. The drive-thru was steady and priority in preparing orders is clearly given to it, as meals readied for restaurant customers were redirected to them.The tables were filthy, bins overflowing and lack of condiments and napkins (we asked and told 'we don't have any bro' make this a KFC to swerve.

Food packed in bag with one food box upside down, everything fell out while removing from the bag, this was replaced with a new food box.Chips were cold. I'm not sure how you can unwrap the corn without something to cut the wrapping with. I never received the BBQ dip we ordered.The chicken was far too salty to eat,It was a very disappointing experience.

Not sure where to start, maybe with the fact we spend £95+ for the lads at work.Order arrives and only 3 of the 5 have what they ordered. Totalled what we had to just be £58. Not good enough. Don?t get this from Nando?s.
